If you have visited this website, I imagine you are interested in some professional and personalized help.  You are hoping to find a therapist who can understand you and who can help you deal with issues that are troubling you.  

There can be many different reasons to seek therapy.  Perhaps you feel stuck and frustrated because you can't seem to get your needs met despite your best efforts.  Maybe you feel sad and empty even though you have many successes.  Maybe you feel alone, disconnected and misunderstood.  Perhaps you find yourself reacting and acting in ways that do not make sense or are problematic, and you want relief from your pain.  Or you might be considering taking an important step toward better self-care, focusing more on you and your needs.
